Profica was appointed as project managers and principal agent on the luxurious residential development, currently under construction in Sandton.  The Capital on the Park provides a unique living experience that offers both a hotel and residential component to it. It features 240 modern apartments  ranging from studio apartments to 3 bedroom apartments, and has a plethora of onsite amenities including conferencing facilities, restaurants, gym, spa and 24–hour security.

GARDEN CITY - NAIROBI, KENYA

GARDEN CITY - NAIROBI, KENYA

Profica was appointed the lead Project Managers for the construction and completion of Garden City, since early 2014, Garden City is a mixed use precinct, with Phase 1 consisting of 35,000m2 of high end shopping and entertainment in a 2 level mall, a luxury residential development, all in a public parkland.

The residential component of this mixed use precinct consisted of 76 high spec apartments, setting the benchmark for high end residential accommodation in Nairobi. Profica are currently overseeing the second phase of these apartments due to market demand.

Profica was appointed the Principle Agents and Time Management consultants for the new Retirement Village Development:

  • The development consisted of Thirty-Six (36) residential dwellings and a further Forty-Seven (47) units and recreational centre within the complex

Jackal Creek Golf Estate & Apartments

Profica received the 2008 ACPM Project Management Excellence Award for this project.

Profica was appointed the Project Managers and Principle Agents for the first phase of the Jackal Creek Golf Estate, consisting of a number of residential precincts within a 160 hectare housing estate. Profica managed the successful completion of 140 apartments (approximately 40,000m² of residential development). Jackal Creek is unique in offering apartment style living in a parkland setting on an 18 hole golf course.

Profica are appointed as the Project Managers to oversee the design and construction of 281 social housing units in Cosmo City, Johannesburg Housing Company.

Casa Mia & MBV Buildings, Johannesburg CBD

Casa Mia & MBV Buildings, Johannesburg CBD

Profica managed the re-development and conversion of these Inner City projects.

Casa Mia was an old Hotel building consisting of 11 storeys & basement and was refurbished and converted to 191;  2 bed residential units.

MBV was an old Hospital building consisting of 8 storeys & 6 basements and was refurbished and converted to 157 (377 beds) transitional accommodation units.
