Profica has been appointed by first-time client, leading global medical device manufacturer Zimmer Biomet, to provide tenant representation and office fitout for the company’s new  warehouse and office building currently under development at the Waterfall Distribution Campus in Midrand. 

Profica is proud to be once again contributing to the annual West Africa Property Investment Summit (WAPI) as a speaker and industry sponsor. Chris Titmas, Profica Managing Director of the West Africa Region, will be contributing to a roundtable discussion on day 1 at 3pm.

A Profica team recently took on the Fish River Canoe Marathon. In the 'Integrate' boat representatives from 3 Profica offices, Joburg, Durban and Cape Town paddled together for 80km over 2 days. What teamwork!

With the recent completion of a new reception and management office suite at the Vincent Pallotti Hospital in Pinelands, Cape Town, visitors are now greeted by a fresh, contemporary view when entering the hospital.   Appointed by Life Healthcare, Profica provided project management for the build.
