Profica has been awarded the prestigious Diamond Arrow Award for the 6th time, leading the Project Management category. In the fourteen years since the company’s inception in 2005, Profica has grown to be a leading construction and property solutions company in Africa, delivering complex projects and maintaining a strong reputation for global expertise, local knowledge and service excellence. Profica has remained consistently at the top of the Construction Project Management profession over the years.
“As project managers, we work with a wide range of specialist teams to turn each client’s vision into reality,” says Tim White, Profica Group CEO. “The PMR awards are based on the votes of these industry peers, clients and partners and we’re humble and grateful to be recognised in this way. I’m really proud of every member of the Profica team and this award is recognition and endorsement of how they work, deliver and interact across Africa.”
Profica has continued to maintain upward momentum in a challenging environment, evolving its service offering and embracing opportunities across Africa, as well as in the Middle East.
The PMR awards are based on interviews conducted with a national sample of respondents including architects, construction companies, consulting engineers, property developers and quantity surveyors. The respondents rated project managers on 23 key attributes, including communication, cost management, integration management, procurement, risk management, scope, team development and the ability to deliver projects effectively and on time.
