THE CAPITAL ON THE PARK

Profica was appointed as project managers and principal agent on the luxurious residential development, currently under construction in Sandton.  The Capital on the Park provides a unique living experience that offers both a hotel and residential component to it. It features 240 modern apartments  ranging from studio apartments to 3 bedroom apartments, and has a plethora of onsite amenities including conferencing facilities, restaurants, gym, spa and 24–hour security.

This building is a Green Building and has achieved a Green Star 5 design and as-built rating.

Radisson Blu - Nairobi, Kenya

A new 271 key 5 star Radisson Blu hotel currently under construction in Upper Hill, Nairobi. Profica were appointed in March 2015 to undertake the project management and procurement activities on the project as well as manage the handover to the operator. The hotel is targeted to open in Q4 2015.

Xai Xai Hotel

Profica undertook pre-development of the Xai Xai Hotel, situated in Xai Xai, Mozambique.  The Xai Xai Hotel is an international 3-star hotel that caters for both the business and leisure markets.

Tiffindell Ski Resort

Profica were appointed by Tiff Ski Property Investments to undertake comprehensive project management of the Tiffindell Ski Resort which is a 5-star development in the Eastern Cape that includes residential units and a spa.  Profica managed the project from conception through to marketing. 

Corinthia Hotel – Abuja

Profica were appointed as the Project Managers for the Corinthia Hotel in Abuja, a 200 key 5-star international branded hotel, with associated amenities - restaurants, ball room and conference facilities.

Radisson Blu - Port Harcourt, Nigeria

Profica are currently working on this Radisson Blu hotel, a 208 bed hotel, comprising of 192 standard, 11 Junior Suites, 4 Executive Suites and 1 Presidential suite (3keys) in Nigeria, 

Protea Hotel Select - Lagos, Nigeria

Profica was appointed the Project Managers for the construction and completion of this Protea (Marriott) hotel in Alausa, Lagos.

Nyungwe Forest Lodge, Rwanda

Profica was appointed as Project Managers for the completion of a Luxury Hotel - Nyungwe Forest Lodge in Gisakura in Rwanda.  

The hotel consists of a restaurant, lounge, kitchen, pool facility, gymnasium, maintenance and staff quarters as well as a retail and office complex.

uShaka Marine World & Moyo at the Pier (Completed July 2010)

While Profica was appointed as the Project Manager for the various upgrades and additions to the slides and facilities at uShaka Marine World, we also managed the construction of the annex to Moyo Restaurant at the pier at uShaka Marine World in Durban.

Sirt Hotel - Libya

Profica was appointed as Project Managers for the 5 Star Sirt Hotel.  The hotel consists of  a 200 room (11,000m²) hotel, 75 villas (total area 5,250m²), swimming pools, tennis courts, seaside jetty, restaurants, conference Facilities ( 5 000 m² ), etc. The design was packaged and handed over to a design and build contractor to complete.
