Profica delivers another successful design and build fit out solution
Profica recently completed the management of a design and build fit out project in the heart of Sandton for AIG, on time and under budget.
Construction commenced on the 4,600 square meter project in March 2016, and the project was handed over to the client on 28th June.
“The modern, open plan design with meeting booths and integrated technology has created a bright, highly functional work space that caters for client needs and suits the ethos of the brand. We were proud to transform the space in a short period of time, managing various contractors and suppliers,” says Matthew Renshaw, Managing Director of South Africa. “This adds to our growing portfolio of fit out solutions delivered as a design and build solution. We are also working on design and build projects in the retail sector, and have delivered six of over forty ABSA branches to be completed across the country.
